Here at Real Estate On Tap, we are always looking for the most efficient ways to deliver.  Most buyers begin their home searches online.  But for sellers, the usual progression of listing their home begins with the tedious task of interviewing prospective agents.  During these interviews, the homeowner will usually meet with select agents, walk them through the home and ultimately sit through an agent- prepared listing presentation.  The listing presentation is usually comprised of: [1] agent’s ability, [2] marketing strategies, [3] comparative market analysis/pricing and [4] a contract for listing representation.

It is my opinion that the “hard sell” approach and awkwardness of a first-time meeting can sometimes put sellers off.  Sellers often need time to make decisions and providing a glimpse into what we do prior to an actual meeting can serve to bridge the gap when the parties have never met.  Based on this belief, I provide an Online Listing Presentation (OLP).  The OLP is prepared specifically for sellers to give them everything they need in order to decide if they want to advance the conversation.  It provides background/education, marketing/advertising strategies, print/Internet media, PR contact and a host of other useful information.  Once the seller is equipped with this type of information, it is much easier to determine if the fit between seller and agent will in fact be a good one.
