Jason A. Kapit, Esq. is a veteran of the law and securities trading industries.

He transitioned into the real estate arena and works diligently representing an expansive client base, ranging from the new-home buyer to builder/developers looking for aggressive sales representation.

Jason is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway’s EWM Christies International Real Estate and is a member The Florida Bar, Master Brokers Forum and Chairman’s Club Diamond Level, reserved for the Top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors nationally.  Currently in the past trailing 12 months (as of Q1, 2012), he ranks in the Top 5 of all Realtors in Broward County in the sale of Homes Listed in excess of $850,000.

Jason specializes in high-end luxury sales throughout Broward County, most recently (with over $40 million in sales) selling 6 of the 10 highest priced homes in Southwest Ranches, Parkland and the Cooper City/Davie area.  He provides a range of marketing for his clients including: a massive Internet presence (launching popular blogsite RealEstateOnTap.com), PR campaigns via Kreps DeMaria, international print & online media advertising through Christies and Mayfair affiliates, professional photography and so much more. “My clients insist on aggressive, result-oriented marketing and they get it!”

Family & Background

Jason has been married to Mindy for 14 years. They have two children and currently reside in Southwest Ranches. He grew up in Hollywood, attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Hills High, ultimately graduating from the University of Florida and Mississippi Law.
